We classified the different customer segments we are a part of and choosed the one we felt most passionate about. Later we conducted interviews to understand the prime problems they face.
Picking a customer to serve
We went over differnet potential customers segments to later decide that students would be the best to work on. The main reason here that all five of us belong to the same potential customer; students and that also gives us easy access to them and be our early adopters.
Problem Statement
University students often feel overwhelmed and struggle to keep up with their due dates, leading to missed opportunities. Current solutions fail to provide an intuitive and integrated system that aligns with their dynamic schedules and academic requirements. There's a need for an adaptive and user-friendly platform that resonates with the student lifestyle and aids in effective time management.
Beachhead TAM
Users usually spent about $59.5 annually on such softwares. Univeristy students in Ontario are 1,000,000.
